Giglio Island for diving is  undoubtedly one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean sea.

Between big granite rocks you can find all kinds of flora and fauna of Mare Nostrum.

The seabed is rich of every sort of organisms, big moray eel, mimetic rockfish, lobsters, crabs, Norway lobster etc..

There are also a lot of sponges, yellow and red sea fan, coral seaweed plus some other yet! But to see all that in person come to Max Shark diving, you will find a biologist for all your questions and curiosities!

The very good visibility let you see far away pelagic fishes as saraghi, barracuda, sea breams, and makes seabed very good for photos and videos.

SCOLE SUD sea site is certainly one of the most beautiful diving places in the world.

There are a lot of living beings, red sea fan also at 18 meters deep, branched sponges, various statues and a fantastic low relief, a stone like an horse head, in Spring and Fall frequently there are big barracuda shoals.

A semi watertigh WET SUIT is good for all seasons, but in winter we recommend a completely watertigh wet suit. In summer, for less chilly people, may be enough a 5 millimeter one.

On demand a cameraman/photographer  can videotape you during scuba diving exploration in the wonderful sea bottom of the Giglio Island, giving you a DVD with also the best  images of the Island.
